2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on the fancywin platform and participate in any game or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. fancywin reserves the right to verify information provided at registration and may request proof of age at any time.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one fancywin account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure. If any information changes, the user must notify us immediately via live chat or email.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fancywin is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits sent from accounts held in a third party's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

fancywin follows a strict anti-money laundering policy. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities. Users may be required to provide information and documents regarding the source of their funds at any time.

fancywin's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

Weekly cashback is paid at the specified rate on the week's total losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

fancywin reserves the right to change the VIP membership terms at any time. Membership may be cancelled in cases of VIP tier abuse or fraudulent activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fancywin platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Organised group betting or collusion against fancywin.

fancywin provides its services on an "as is" basis. fancywin is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruption, power outages, or device issues.
• Delays or losses caused by failures in third-party software or payment services.
• Financial losses caused by user negligence or failure to follow the terms.
• Loss caused by unauthorized third-party access to an account.

In the event of any dispute, the records stored in the system will be considered final evidence.

fancywin reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
